The team at Proper House Group acquired an abandoned mini-mart in Seminole Heights back in 2018 and with some imagination and hard work, transformed it into a hip hangout for people of all ages.

The Nebraska Mini Mart concept includes bocce and shuffleboard courts, a shaded outdoor patio area and a walk-up burger spot serving burgers, fries and fried chicken.
